Not just water I mean air. Infiltration can cause an energy bill to be 30-50% higher just due to some basic items.Door gaskets,window gaskets,and don't forget to have your HVAC system checked.As an Infrared Survey business I see lots of energy loss that can be repaired with modest ability and material.
