We’ve all have had our share of home improvement projects that didn’t turn out quite the way we planned. While they might not have seemed so amusing at the time, DIY mistakes can be pretty humorous when you look back on them. If you have a funny home improvement story you’d like to share, go to our Contest Page during December 2008 and January 2009 to submit it. You story can be as long or short as you like, and if you’ve had several interesting DIY experiences, feel free to enter more than once.
The story that we find the most amusing will receive a Rubbermaid FastTrack Garage Organization System. This heavy duty mounting system comes with numerous attachments for storing everything from bikes to ladders to garden hoses.
Second place will receive a WorkForce Ultimate Storage Cabinet which features three adjustable shelves and tool hangers mounted on the doors.
