		<description>we were hit with a flood in our lower level that totally destroyed the carpeting and some of the panelling. I have removed the carpet and am in the process of removing carpet adhesive, before etching and staining/sealing the concrete floor below. I always thought that we were protected for floods under our homeowners policy..imagine my surprise. So sweat equity it is whether I like it or not. Hopefully the results will be worth the effort.</description>
