Wheelbarrow Tarp
Exterior, Garden Tools & Supplies, Lawn and Garden, Simple Solutions, Video by Joe Truini
There’s nothing worse than spending a lot of time getting leaves raked and loaded into the wheelbarrow only to have a bump on the path or a gust of wind empty them out for you. Here’s a solution that will make collecting leaves easier and keep them in the wheelbarrow:
- Cut a section of vinyl tarp slightly larger than the wheelbarrow.
- On two sides, duct tape or staple wooden dowels to the edges.
The weight of the dowels will hold the tarp in place over a loaded wheelbarrow. The mini-tarp is also great for raking leaves onto and loading into the wheelbarrow with ease.
