Over 400 million consumer electronics products—from computers to televisions to cell phones—are discarded every year in the United States. That’s over two million tons of potentially hazardous “e-waste,” only 12% of which is properly recycled. The Electronics TakeBack Coalition website will show you how and where to recycle your e-waste. It includes a list of responsible e-waste recyclers in your area as well as instructions on how to recycle your old computer for free through the manufacturer.

I recently found your series of Simple Solutions, and I want to sincerely thank you for providing an interesting, helpful, valuable service to us homeowners who know more about working at a desk than working at a craft. The thing I really appreciate is the way your people can condense so much useful information into videos clips that usually last under two minutes. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
