Wow! I'm very impressed with especially the home in Chicago that was rebuilt by Marty Bhatia of OMdevelopment LLC. It exceeded Energy Star requirements by 80%! How was this done? I would love to learn more about this developer, OM's projects and how this level of efficiency is even possible! I live in a suburb of Chicago (Aurora). There are many older neighborhoods in the city that are being improved. It's nice to know that some developers are genuinely respectful of the environment! Thanks for your great shows!
