As I made my way through the International Builders’ Show, I stopped by the JELD-WEN Windows and Doors booth to take a look at some of their new products. One innovative idea I really liked were window screens that had magnets embedded around the frame to hold them securely closed. In addition, the MAG-Lock window locking system from JELD-WEN uses a similar idea to ensure the window locks every time it’s closed.
I also had a chance to check out wooden windows and doors from JELD-WEN that feature AuraLast, a vacuum pressure wood treatment process that protects the wood throughout from decay and termites. Watch this video to find out more.
