The Bag-Caddy consists of a flexible plastic sleeve that locks together to hold a plastic trash bag open for easy filling. Once the bag is full, simply slip the Bag-Caddy over the top of the bag.

While I thought it was a novel idea and worked well, at a cost of almost $27.00, I found the Bag-Caddy overpriced and the instructions confusing.
