Hey Chris, Glad you liked my workbench idea. I’ve since used this technique several times, and it really is a fast, simple way to construct a bench.
By the way, it’s also a great way to build an out-of-the-way lumber rack. Just mount three or four brackets 6 or 7 ft. off the floor, and eliminate the plywood. Then you can lay lumber across the horizontal 1x4s.
