Dealing with Termite Damage in the Kuppersmith Project House

  

In tearing out the interior on the Kuppersmith Project house, we found some termite damage in the sheathing of one of the exterior walls. Part of the damage was repaired at some point in the past, but I can see that there’s more that needs to be done.

Since the exterior of the house is brick, we’ll have to work from inside the house to repair it. A special saw will be used to remove the existing studs and rotten wood, then we’ll install new sheathing and studs to make sure everything is tight and structurally sound.
