I’ve been working closely with designer Joe Boehm of Better Homes & Gardens magazine on the interior furnishings and décor for the Kuppersmith Project house.

In developing the design for the décor in the interior of the house, Joe wanted to retain the cozy cottage feel of the home by using smaller scale furnishings. To give the house the look of wallpaper without actually covering the walls, wallpaper will be applied to MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) panels and hung on the walls of the house.

To emphasize the abundant greenery and landscaping in the neighborhood, Joe decided to work with a palette of soft greens. This nature theme was further enhanced by using a bird motif to tie in with the decorative birds found on the inlaid marble fireplace mantel in the living room.
