• Dual Pane Glass: Dual pane windows have two or more panes of glass separated by a gap that acts as an insulating buffer between the outside and inside of your home.

There are two types of low-E coating available, depending on whether you live in a warm or cold climate, so be sure to select the proper low-E coating for your area.
• Vinyl Window Frames: The frames for windows can be made of wood, aluminum, or vinyl. While wood has the highest insulating properties, it is also the most expensive. Vinyl window frames make a good choice since they’re less expensive than wood, are low maintenance, and have better insulating qualities than aluminum.
