Luxury bathtubs with innovative features and designs are becoming more and more common in homes today. I visited the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show to check out the latest features and designs.

Innovative new features included:

• Overflow edges that allow the tub to be filled over the top without spilling on the floor.
• Bubble jets that add air to the tub water to create a champagne bubble effect.
• Built-in lighting in the bathtub that gives the water a soft glow.
• Tubs that automatically fill to the desired depth and temperature.
• Bathtubs with built-in entertainments centers and a wine chilling area.
• Safety tubs with a door in the side to allow easy entry for disabled or elderly users.
