When installing or replacing the heating and cooling system (HVAC) in your home, it’s important to be sure it is sized properly. Load calculations should take into account the amount of insulation in the walls and floor, the number and type of windows, as well as which direction they are facing. Make sure your ductwork, electrical wires, and coolant lines are sized properly for the new system.
