If you have a garage you’re probably very familiar with the challenges of finding adequate storage. Most garages include a few open shelves for storage; but to provide more room, consider mounting discarded hanging kitchen cabinets on your garage wall.
You can pick old cabinets up from kitchen remodeling jobs, salvage yards, garage sales, or reuse stores. Screw the cabinets to the studs in the garage wall, then fill them up.
