We are looking to replace our oil heat system for our 1914 home with the most reliable and efficient natural gas system. We use the storage tank water heater for radiator heat as well as hot water for daily use. What type of water heater system (tank, tankless) would be best for our home (3 full baths and 3600 sq ft). Oil bills run about $3,900 a year. Thank you!
